They are social and up for chatting about the different facets of life in Bishkek.  The accommodation can only fit up to 12 people, so the overall atmosphere is incredibly warm, cozy, and familiar.  One thing to note is that top bunk beds don’t have access to their own plugs, as they are only located on ground level.  Location: Looking for a peaceful hostel?
