CLOSED: El Hostelito
Update: Our former #2 hostel has permanently closed its doors. We keep this content here for your information.
There are two main reasons why you should stay at El Hostelito:
- Strategic location close to all main tourist spots & super safe
- There are double pods in a shared dorm
Yep, the Floresta/Guapulo neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars, cafes and parks. The central location also means youāll save coins on local transport.
It seems double bed dorms are becoming popular across the world, but El Hostelito has gone one extra step to make theirs really special.
Reserve a double bed for 1 person and that will accommodate 2. So basically, whether youāre one or two people, youāll pay the same. Excellent.
If you prefer a slightly cheaper dorm, you wonāt miss out on sturdy bunks with the same amount of privacy.
Note: there are no private rooms here.
We were kidding earlier, there are actually tons of more reasons to stay hereā¦
- Free breakfast
- Free tea, coffee & filtered water
- Patio and Rooftop space
- Smart TV w/ Netflix
- Bar w/ local craft beer
- Bike rentals
The staff like to get social and encourage their guests to join in. If you like a good time, join in Happy Hour, free walking tour and occasional pub crawl.
To top it off reception is at hand 24hrs which means absolutely no curfew.
